What is the estimated time of delivery?

After receiving your order, the 21 Degree team dispatches it on the same day or the next working day. Shipping your leather product usually takes around 3 to 4 days, but it varies depending on your pin code. 

How do I track my order?

To track your order, go to the ‘Track Order’ page on the menu – Enter your email address used at the time of checkout, as well as the order ID that you will have received in your order confirmation message or email – Tap on the ‘Track’ button below. 
The page will reload to show you the delivery progress of your order.

Can I change/update my shipping address?

In some cases, yes! If the order is not yet dispatched, you can update your shipping address by sending us an email on [email protected] or call us at +91-7758805960. Our executive will change the address for you. Make sure to let us know a detailed address so that your order reaches you without any problem in shipping.

Are there any shipping charges for delivery?

There are no shipping charges for the delivery of prepaid orders. However, for Cash on Delivery orders, the shipping charges 50/- extra.

How do I take care of my leather products?

While leather is a material that is strong and durable, without proper care, it is prone to aging faster or getting damaged. The basic care you can take for your leather accessories to age slower are:

  1. Genuine leather is extremely absorbent and locks in any liquid that comes in contact with it’s surface, which can lead to the leather decaying faster. Hence, keep any kinds of liquids with varying viscosity away from your leather product.
  2. Exposing genuine leather to sunlight for longer periods of time dries up the leather and cracks it up, as well as fading the color.

What if I receive a defective product?

21 Degree is keen on providing the best customer experience, and hence we check the quality of each of our products before packing. In case you receive a defective product, we will gladly send a new product to you with no extra expense.

How do I raise a return or exchange request?

You can raise a return or exchange request until 15 calendar days after your date of purchase. To raise a return or exchange, send us an email on [email protected] or call us at +91-7758805960.

What is the procedure for returning or exchanging the product?

After you raise a return or exchange request with us, the product will be checked by our team to make sure it is unused and in the same packaging that you received it in. After the confirmation, we will send you the product you requested in exchange or refund the original paid amount as per your request.

How do I cancel my order?
